This product uses enzymes from a particular type of organic matter with different decomposition ability it is produce thru filtration and purification. Such organic compounds include phenol, straight key and cyclic hydrocarbons; where Methacrylates, Nitrile; cyanide will be the material, along with alcohols, lotions, organic amines, Heterocyeles, Ethoxylated phenol , wax, and etc. The scope of application covers the following:

Part B. Bio-additive Function

  1. Launching of a new system (yield species).
  2. To improve the BOD, COD removal rate.
  3. To improve the heterogeneity of toxic chemical substances and organic matter removal.
  4. To remove the bad smell, such as hydrogen sulphide.
  5. To improve the fat removal from animal or petrochemical sources.
  6. To reduce foaming.
  7. To reduce the amount of aeration. Thus, improving the oxygen transport rate.

Product feature It is a synergistic blend of selectively adapted bacteria for application to wastrwater containing phenol, cresols and related aromatic compounds including cathechol and cumene.
Product usage Other applicable processes include steel coking, coal conversion, pertroleum cracking, plastic resins and pharmaceuticals.
Novozymes BI-CHEM 1003FG
Product feature It is a synergistic blend of selectively adapted bacteria for general application to food processing wastewater with a special emphasis on the metabolism of fats, oils and greases (FOG) of animal and plant origin.
Product usage The product is recommended for use in most meat, poultry, dairy, bakery, vegetable and plant oil processing operations. 1003 FG is effective up to 45˘XC (113˘XF)

Product usage The microbial activity of DC 1008 CB is recommended to enhence BOD, COD and TOC removal associated with industrial wastewaters.

Product feature A blend of selectively adapted bacterial cultures developed to enhence removal efficiencies in wastewater treatment systems operating under low temperature conditions. Specially formulated bacteria and enzymes in BI-CHEM 1738 CW have proven effective in improving biological treatment systems.
Product usage 1738 CW has demonstrated effective degradation of muncipal wastes, phenolics, surfactants and other industrial wastes at temperatures as low as 39˘XF(4˘XC).
